The El Hato y el Garabato winery is located in the Arribes del Duero Natural Park within the Meseta Ibérica Biosphere Reserve in the area where the Duero becomes the border between Spain and Portugal. Here we manage 8 hectares of old vines (between 80 and 120 years old) and we have our small winery in an old restored farmhouse.

We are a tiny winery with a family team, making few bottles allows us to work directly in the process, from the vineyard to the bottle, in a traditional way, taking care of every step with our hands.

Low intervention, without additions or technology, organic, respecting varieties and tradition, in constant innovation and with personality. Few analytics, a lot of intuition.
