The territory of the Meseta Ibérica Transboundary Biosphere Reserve is a place rich in sausage producers, smokers and regional gastronomic traditions. Although already well known at national level, the region's sausages still have a lot of growth potential.
And this is boosted from this network of producers. Through cooperation between small producers and joint actions in the field of disposal, as well as sharing experiences, these small producers can increase their competitiveness through economies of scale. |
