A superior category extra virgin olive oil, extracted from the olive by cold pressing and only by mechanical procedures, olives at their optimum point of maturity and carefully selected, thus preserving the proportion of essential fatty acids, vitamin E, antioxidants natural and without any additives.

Our production of olives to obtain DourOliva Extra Virgin Olive Oil is of the Manzanilla variety, an oil that offers a low level of acidity and a high content of oleic acid, one of the highest on the market, an extra virgin from the maximum quality and limited production.
