Made with Puesta en Cruz, a local, rare and endangered variety of which there are no wines on the market. This wine aims to express variety. Direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation in tank and 8 months of ageing in tank on its lees.
Straw yellow-greenish colour, clean and bright.
A wine of medium expression and freshness on the nose, fresh white fruit, with a mineral background derived from its granitic terroir, with light aromas of tropical fruit.
Direct and with great length on the palate based on a very fresh natural acidity typical of the variety. A surprising salinity appears that accentuates the mineral sensations and is accompanied by white fruit.
